This column is the subject of a book I am working to finish, as justice to this topic cannot be done in a single column, or even a short series of columns.
But it is such a pressing matter at this moment in American history that I didn’t want to wait for book publication to address the very real threat to freedom inherent with the death of uniquely American principles and values.
“The American” is officially on the list of endangered species today, and unless we do something to save this vital species quickly, freedom will exist nowhere on earth. Doubt this statement for even a second, at your own peril!
After 232 years of unparalleled freedom, liberty and prosperity, the United States of America is on the brink of collapse. Yes, in part due to evil political forces who long ago sold their souls for an ounce of wealth and power, pushing the nation into a corner to further their quest for even more power—but to a larger degree, due to the decline of the American spirit from sea to shining sea.
The land of the free and home of the brave is now controlled by the entitlement generation. That magical generation that comes along in every free society, once the people at large have forgotten the price and value of individual freedom.
Once the people have been trained to despise that which we all once held in common, the love of freedom and liberty, and focus all attention upon that which divides, our racial, religious, sexual and economic “diversity,” placing that which divides us above that which once united us, the nation cannot stand!
Class envy becomes the driving force in all political decisions. Deep seated division and dissention rule the day and people look to take that which they feel entitled to, from those who used their freedom to “earn.”
To be sure, we currently have the most corrupt anti-American government in the history of the United States. But what bothers me more is how we got here, and how the decline of “Americanism” is likely to make matters much worse, before things can get any better.
At the end of the day, the American people get the government they vote for, and today too many Americans are voting for a government that promises “free stuff” in place of “freedom.” There is no running from this reality.
As is the purpose of a good vacation, I had the opportunity to leave the phone, email and news behind and spend a few days in the sun and surf with my family. It gave me an opportunity to clear the cobwebs. It also provided an unexpected but interesting lesson which I want to share with readers.
Years ago, you couldn’t get a half a mile off shore in the Gulf of Mexico without having a family of dolphin swim up beside the boat and almost leap into the boat and pop a top with ya. This time, the dolphin wouldn’t come within twenty feet of the boat, and I couldn’t help but wonder what had changed.
In talking with a local area boat captain later that evening, I learned that the local government had outlawed feeding dolphin some years earlier, instituting a $10,000 fine if you are caught feeding dolphin even once.
We have never fed the dolphin in the first place, but apparently, many others had and over time, the dolphin had become too friendly with boaters, too dependent upon meals from vacationers and eventually, an endangered species in the Gulf as the dolphin either died from a boat prop, or had lost the ability to feed themselves after snow birds returned home up north.
The only way to save the dolphin was to outlaw the feeding of dolphin, so that these beautiful mammals could regain their ability to survive in the wild.
And then it hit me, how odd that we were able to figure out the damage done to dolphins by making them dependent upon “free food” – but could not make the same judgment in light of the life long damage done to entire generations of human beings, by the same mistakes that had cost dolphins and many other species their very lives, to the point of extinction in some cases.
I began to wonder why we were intelligent enough to recognize the dangers involved in free-feeding dolphins, but not see the same dangers involved in free-feeding human beings, creating the same kind of dependencies that put many other species on the endangered list.
Then I realized – if dolphins could vote, it would still be legal to feed them…
Welfare is not an act of personal generosity. It is a political strategy for gaining and holding power.
Charity requires the consent of the giver, without which, it’s tyranny, not charity.
Today’s “left” (the current cabal running Washington DC) is only generous with the earnings and assets of others. How many times do we have to see the embarrassing charitable donations, or lack thereof, in people who preach about welfare the most?
Barack Obama and Joe Biden have the worst history of personal charitable giving of any two men to ever enter the White House, yet they are the most “welfare” minded individuals in US history. Though they have a dismal record of giving personally, they demand that all others make sacrifices for the “needy,” which they have never made individually.
As I have said before, welfare is not an act of charity or generosity. It is an act of tyranny against America’s most productive, and a political strategy aimed at empowering people like Obama and Biden, not average citizens.
If dolphins could vote, we would be encouraged to feed them in order to gain their political support, and in the end, their political dependency upon those who promise to feed them forever.
But since dolphins can’t vote, we can’t free-feed them.
Since government dependents make perfect Democrat voters, we must continue to feed them even though the result is an entire generation of entitled dependents increasingly unable to feed themselves in the wild.
The end result is a dying breed in the land of the free and home of the brave. “The American” is officially on the endangered species list as a species no longer as interested in personal freedom as socio-economic equality – A growing number of Americans who have been trained by their feeders to feel entitled to the spoils of others who have toiled and sacrificed for the natural fruits of their labor.
So long as American citizens continue to choose the life of a parasite, free-feeding upon the benefits earned by others, they will continue to vote their feeders into power. For a time, this will seem a fantastic victory for the “have-nots” until the atrophy of individual survival skills sets in, and the “haves” opt out, leaving the feeding trough empty.
What happens next will shock many Americans. When those who have been trained not to feed themselves are no longer being fed by others, they will first turn to violence, and then, begin to die completely ill-prepared to survive on their own.
What has been done to this generation of American citizens, all in an evil political strategy aimed at empowering the political elite while enslaving both “haves” and “have-nots,” is nothing short of criminal.
If there is a $10,000 fine for free-feeding dolphin, there should be mandatory life imprisonment for those who insist upon free-feeding human beings. Destroying the life of a dolphin is bad enough, but doing even worse to human beings is unforgivable.
In the end, nobody will react more violently than those who were so easily fooled by the promise of free-stuff. None will be more aggressive in their demands for access to the earnings of others. – None will pay a greater price for the disaster they created either!

Well said, Sir. You are exactly Right!

We lived in California during the winters of 2007 and 2008. We became addicted to Fox News and watched O'Reilly and Hannity and Colmes every night. When we got back home, we upgraded our cable to get Fox. I watched the Presidential campaign very closely. Initially because I thought the Democrats would nominate Hillary Clinton and then in astonishment when they chose an even more hard-left candidate. All of last year I told everyone I could that Obama was not a Democrat, he was a Marxist. He is far to the left of any European leader and even our far left party, the NDP.
I read Saul Alinsky when I was in University. I studied him and his writing carefully. When Bill Ayers and his idiot wife were bombing and killing people at random in the Weather Underground, Weather Underground and the Black Panthers were closely allied. I read David Horowitz's account of changing from a Marxist to a conservative after seeing that the government was afraid to prosecute members of the Panthers for murdering his personal assistant. He suddenly understood the evil that Marxism really was.
After the student radicals failed in creating a Marxist revolution in the United States by violent means, they embraced Alinsky. You would be wise to read " Rules for Radicals " because it outlines how Hillary and Obama planned to get into power, and what they intended to do when they got it..Socialism is not the correct descriptor for what Obama and the Democrats are doing. They are going to be much more far reaching than anything Sweden has ever been able to do. Obama is following Alinsky's plans, those set out in "Rules for Radicals" and his other writing. The Democrats are attempting to create one party rule in the U.S. and in achieving that, will create crisis after crisis by their own actions and use those crisis to nationalize the means of production in the U.S.
You are in the middle of a communist revolution and few in the U.S. can actually see it for what it truly is.
The U.S. is now on the path of financial destruction. The Constitution has been shredded and individual human rights are being trampled. In less than 8 months. Obama has used a recession to take over the two largest industries in the U.S. He will debase the Dollar and is on the road to creating an incredible energy shortage that will allow him and Congress to take over the energy industry.
But by and large I think that by the 2010 elections, the Democrats will have gerrymandered electoral districts to the point that it will be impossible for them to lose control of both houses of Congress. The incredible increase in the money supply is going to create Zimbabwe and Venezuela style inflation, and with it, controls on the currency and the amount of money that can be taken out of the country.
I love America, I cannot believe how the ignorance of the American public has created a situation whereby they are going to lose their Republic and slip into an age of repression and tyranny.
I may be nuts, but so far I have been 100% in my predictions of what Obama was going to do, because I merely had to look at "Rules for Radicals" to see what was coming next. I read Glenn Beck's book, " Common Sense " and in it re-read Thomas Paines pamphlet with the same name. I recommend the book.
When the storm finally hits (and it will), those of you who supported the Obama administration will be affected as well. It won't just be us gun owners or Flat-Taxers, or Pro-Lifers that get hit. You'll be right there next to us. You all thought the Conservatives were nut cases. You know, all of us who believe in God, small government, the Second Amendment, etc. You thought you could just go back to sleep after the election was over. In your world, America will continue as before. You'll still have the same rights, the same nice house, the same big screen television. After all, your high school football team won and the other team lost - go team! Even if you have bothered to look up from the daily grind since Nov 4th, you dismissed everything that has occurred as "politics as usual--the same old stuff".
In the end, it'll all be OK won't it? Not this time.
There are a growing number of citizens in the US that are ready to fight to shut down the government's grab of personal freedom, it's blatant abuse of the constitution, and it's attempt to replace the American way of life with socialism. You have to listen carefully to hear them, but they are there. I won't start that fight, but when it goes down I will join it.
As for you, why, you'll be shocked because you didn't see it coming. And eventually you'll be saddened when you see that we have truly lost the way of life with which you grew up. You'll be saddened that your children and grandchildren live in a socialist, government-controlled gulag where their every movement from cradle to grave is tracked by the government. But most of all, you'll be saddened by the death of friends and relatives who are brave enough to fight and die for something they believe in.
You know, McCain wasn't much of a candidate. I'll give you that. He was the lesser of two evils for most of us. I don't blame you for not voting for him since, at the time, you didn't know what we all know now. But at least John McCain was an American. He was a supporter of the American way of life and he understood that you can't negotiate with terrorists. He understood and appreciated the sacrifice made by my father and other members of the Greatest Generation.
Mark my words friends. All across America groups are forming. They are forming out of anger and out of desperation at the thought of losing America . They're not militia groups, terrorists as the Department of Homeland security would have you believe; they are Americans, loyal to the constitution. They are mothers and fathers and grandparents . They belong to groups like the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps, the Peaceful Resistance, the Constitution Party, the Young Conservatives, the 9/12 Project, and Grassfire. Right now they are fragmented, each focused on their own cause. But sometime in the next two years, our government is going to do something really stupid and these groups will come together. Watch for it, wait for it--get ready. It will happen.
When that event happens, whatever "it" is, our great country is going to plunge into chaos for a while. I pray to God that we make it through that time and emerge a stronger, smarter country.

The Difference Between Liberals and Conservatives ...
I didn't write this .... but once again, I agree ... so I am posting ....
If a conservative doesn’t like guns, they don’t buy one. If a liberal doesn’t like guns, then no one should have one.
If a conservative is a vegetarian, they don’t eat meat. If a liberal is, they want to ban all meat products for everyone.
If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy. A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.
If a conservative is homosexual, they quietly enjoy their life. If a liberal is homosexual, they loudly demand legislated respect.
If a black man or Hispanic is conservative, they see themselves as independently successful. Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.
If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation. A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches channels. Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.
If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn’t go to church. A liberal wants all churches to be silenced.
If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it. A liberal demands that his neighbors pay for his.

You Tubes YOU Need to See!!
I guess there are a lot of people who are not on Facebook yet .... and that is where I do most of my political posting .... they just make it so easy!!! I may try to post some of the really excellent stuff here, too ... for the none Facebook Members to see. But honestly guys ... Facebook is the best place to reconnect with long lost family and friends .... get with the 21st Century!!
The following cartoon was made 50 years ago!! Long before Obama and Pelosi, FOX and CNN, Beck and Limbaugh ....back in the days when Communism and Socialism were considered to be VERY BAD THINGS !! The cartoon applies so well to what is happening RIGHT NOW in America ....
Also ..... this is a nice compilation of videos and stills and music from the 9/12 March on Washington DC. I think some of the graphics are a lot overdone ... but overall, you get the feeling of patriotism and pride (and concern) people felt on that day .....

9/12 March on Washington
Tom and I got a great deal on airline tickets to Washington DC to attend the 9/12 March on Washington. $140 apiece, round trip, from DFW to Dulles on American airlines!!! Tom's brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Ellen, live in Virginia and we made plans to stay with them and take the Metro into DC on Saturday morning for the March.
Tom and I headed to DFW at about 7:30am Friday morning ... 9/11 .... flying on 9/11 ... are we crazy? We used the little scanners to get our boarding passes and were offered a chance to upgrade to 1st Class for a very affordable cost ... so we jumped on that!!! Tom's birthday is 9/12 and so this was just the beginning of Happy Birthday Tom!!
We saw Ronda Evans, a woman I used to teach with and who occasionally joins us at BJ's. She was on the same flight with us. She and her in-laws were also flying to Washington to join the March. Her Mother-in-law was in a wheelchair! But they felt very strongly that they needed to be part of this! I was impressed. I had a feeling that a lot of the people on our flight were going to be involved in the March, but I was the only one wearing the patriotic T-shirt.
1st class is the way to travel!! Bloody Mary's and a nice breakfast .... lots of leg and shoulder room ... very comfortable. The flight went well and we arrived at Dulles at 1:30 .... took the big land cruiser people mover shuttle things to the main terminal ... got our rental car and head to Steve and Ellen's house. Steve met us with hugs and Beers!! What a great host! Ellen got home from her first week of school and we all went out to dinner .... Steak and beer .... yummy!!
Steve and Ellen don't quite know what to make of our wanting to be part of this March. There has been no news coverage of the event and they were unaware that it was happening. When they looked in the Washington Post Weekend Guide there was a mention of a "Black Family Reunion" on the Mall ... "come join with half a million of your black family members for a huge family reunion" .... but no mention of the Conservatives converging on the Capitol. To be honest, Tom and I had no idea what to expect .... there were 100,000 people registered for the event .... would they all show up? Would others show up? There is not a central organizing force behind this Conservative movement, despite what the mainstream media seems to think. We knew there were people from the Dallas group coming ... but had no plans to meet up with them anywhere .... we hoped to maybe see a sign at Freedom Plaza saying "Texans gather HERE" ... but we were mostly there on our own.
Saturday dawned cool and cloudy .... possible showers .... so we packed a backpack with rain gear and cameras and gum and maps and headed to the Metro Station in Springfield, VA. Both Steve and Ellen figured we wouldn't see much traffic at the Metro .... WOW WERE THEY WRONG!!! The metro station was PACKED .... lines at every machine to get tickets .... LONG LINES! This was a good sign of things to come. Everyone in line was excited and energized by the number of people there at the Metro Station. We were at the very end of the Blue line ... so when the train arrived it was empty and we piled on. There were numerous stops on the way into Washington DC and at every stop there were people trying to get onto the metro ... they kept piling onto our train until there wasn't even standing room available anymore. People with signs and patriotic shirts and flags and emotion. People from all over the USA. Many people traveling alone .... and many traveling in small groups from their hometown. Old, young, families, couples, singles .... not going to lie, most were white .... but there were representatives from all walks of life.
We planned to get off at the Federal Triangle stop and cross Pennsylvania Avenue to get to Freedom Plaza where the March was supposed to start at 11:30. We arrived at The Federal Triangle stop at 10:30 am and the stop was body to body people chanting "USA! USA!! USA!!!" As we were getting off of the train, Tom heard a woman (who was staying on the train say "This is frightening!" and Tom turned to her and said .... "No Ma'am .... this is Democracy!" and several people around him agreed!
We climbed the Down escalator, which had been turned off, up to street level, while others rode the up escalator ... both escalators were packed with people. When we got up to street level it was body to body up there, too as we tried to move towards where we thought Freedom Plaza was .... but the mass of bodies was moving up Pennsylvania Avenue already ... so we simply turned and started walking with people. Tom and I weren't carrying flags or signs .... we were simply adding our count of 2 to the total count. Tom wore his "Member of the VAST Right Wing Conspiracy" T-shirt ... and I wore my "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happy Hour" T-shirt. And we walked and we talked to people near us ... and we took video and we were simply AWED by the amount of people surrounding us! The signs were creative ... the people were polite and everyone was so inspired by the number of people, the sheer size of the group.
Thank goodness the day was overcast and not too hot. At one point the sun came out and things heated up quickly ... but then it went back under the clouds and it was very comfortable at street level.
Oh ... I forgot to mention. Tom has a pulled calf muscle and a bad knee ... on opposite legs ... so he felt he needed good shoes for the March. He pulled out his old hiking boots which had been stored in the garage for years. I guess they offer good support .... I was wearing my Berkenstock sandals .... we didn't know what to expect as far as how much time we would be on our feet. So ... anyway .... When we got off of the Metro at Federal Triangle Tom noticed that the sole of one of his boots was beginning to come off .... and a few steps into the March, the other sole began to come off! This really sucked .... because it sure didn't help with the ankle or knee issues! I guess storing the boots in the hot garage caused the glue/soles to deteriorate. I wish I had gotten video of how the shoes looked as he walked .... it looked actually dangerous. And uncomfortable.
BUT .... we were so overwhelmed with the crowd and the patriotism! We could see the Capitol Building in the distance and people filled Pennsylvania Avenue as far as we could see both ahead of us and behind us. We walked for a little while with an elderly couple ... the husband was a World War II vet ... he had been at Iwo Jima. Tom thanked him for his service and the man said "It was my priviledge." Tom then mentioned that this March was truly a historical event. The man agreed but added that "Yes ... but I didn't want to ever see the day when we would have to do this."
At one point we stepped out of the March to stand by some fountains and just shoot video of the people passing by. We looked for counter-protesters .... there was one man sitting on a wall shouting that we all were racist. He was alone and no one was paying any attention to him. I took the time to film some video for my sister who lives in Australia. She doesn't know about or understand what is happening in America right now. She thinks I am over-reacting to things and was very worried about me going to Washington DC. I think she thought We would be alone ....
Tom and I have noticed all along, since our first Tea Party on April 15th in Dallas, that the crowds gathered are all very polite and well-mannered and good citizens .... they threw trash away in Trash cans .... if they couldn't find a trash can, they backpacked it out. The same thing happened in Washington DC. The trash cans quickly became overflowing and at one point I noticed it had spilled out onto the pavement. The next time I turned to look ... the trash on the pavement had been picked up. Compare this to the mounds of trash left from the Obama inauguration address in January 2009. <------ Pictures from 9/12/09 and 1/20/09
I will admit that at one point I did get a little scared .... where Pennsylvania Ave. hit 3rd street, the crowd turned unto 3rd street even though the Capitol building was still way up ahead of us. But there were barriers and police on horseback and motorcycles blocking us from going further and turning us onto 3rd street. I did not like being within a crowd headed in an unknown direction for an unknown reason. Off to the side I saw the FOX TV Van and further up 3rd we saw the CNN Van ... and then I saw the Washington Monument to my right and the huge crowds to my left .... basically they had turned us into the Mall as the Capitol grounds were already full of people .... it wasn't even noon yet and there were still untold thousands of people behind us. But the March was over for us. I was fine once I knew we had been turned because the Capitol grounds were full. And once I saw FOX News nearby.
Tom and I milled around the mall area on the edge of the sound from the speakers on the Capitol grounds. We couldn't really hear what was happening. The only "ugliness" we experienced in the whole March was near the CNN van where people were calling each other stupid names and insulting their mothers and such. We moved away from there quickly .... ridiculous.
All the nearby restaurants and bathroom facilities were packed with people ... Tom's shoes were blown ... the sole finally came off of one shoe so now he was limping ....and there was a metro station nearby so we decided to return to Virginia ... we had done what we had come to do ... which was basically be counted! I had hoped to meet several people I know from Facebook ... we all had each other's phone numbers ... but the sheer size of the crowd would have made an easy meeting impossible. We had also hoped to experience a couple of pubs in the area, but Tom's shoe situation kept us from really going anywhere in comfort. We also knew that once the Rally was over the Metro would be packed with people trying to get back to where they came from ... so we got a jump on the crowd.
While waiting for our train in the metro station, a very tired looking woman sat down next to us. When an elderly US Vet came up, she stood up and gave him her seat. A few minutes later I looked at her standing near the track and she looked so tired that I suggested Tom get up and offer her his seat ... she gratefully sat down. She explained that she had been at work since 6:00am at Voice of America where she broadcasts to Iran. She was granted asylum here in America in the early 80's and has been sending messages of support to Iran ever since. I asked her what she thought about what was happening in DC today and she said "At least you CAN do this .... did you hear what happened in Iran after our last elections?" I told that I had heard and I apologized for our government's reaction to the protests in the streets .... I told her I thought we were wrong to say nothing, do nothing after encouraging those very protests. The woman started crying and hugged me and said "Thank you." Then her train showed up.
Tom and I rode back to the end of the Blue Line .... each of us deep in thought about what we had seen and heard and experienced ... we were eager to see how it was being reported. We got back to Steve and Ellen's and watched FOX News on and off the rest of the afternoon. The size and scope of the March was amazing to see!
This day was also Tom's Birthday and we decided to go out to a German Restaurant in the area. Steve and Ellen already had plans to attend a concert that night .... so Tom and I went on our own. Good German Oktoberfest Beer and Good German Food!! Great way to end a wonderful, historical day!
Tom and I headed to DFW at about 7:30am Friday morning ... 9/11 .... flying on 9/11 ... are we crazy? We used the little scanners to get our boarding passes and were offered a chance to upgrade to 1st Class for a very affordable cost ... so we jumped on that!!! Tom's birthday is 9/12 and so this was just the beginning of Happy Birthday Tom!!
We saw Ronda Evans, a woman I used to teach with and who occasionally joins us at BJ's. She was on the same flight with us. She and her in-laws were also flying to Washington to join the March. Her Mother-in-law was in a wheelchair! But they felt very strongly that they needed to be part of this! I was impressed. I had a feeling that a lot of the people on our flight were going to be involved in the March, but I was the only one wearing the patriotic T-shirt.
1st class is the way to travel!! Bloody Mary's and a nice breakfast .... lots of leg and shoulder room ... very comfortable. The flight went well and we arrived at Dulles at 1:30 .... took the big land cruiser people mover shuttle things to the main terminal ... got our rental car and head to Steve and Ellen's house. Steve met us with hugs and Beers!! What a great host! Ellen got home from her first week of school and we all went out to dinner .... Steak and beer .... yummy!!
Steve and Ellen don't quite know what to make of our wanting to be part of this March. There has been no news coverage of the event and they were unaware that it was happening. When they looked in the Washington Post Weekend Guide there was a mention of a "Black Family Reunion" on the Mall ... "come join with half a million of your black family members for a huge family reunion" .... but no mention of the Conservatives converging on the Capitol. To be honest, Tom and I had no idea what to expect .... there were 100,000 people registered for the event .... would they all show up? Would others show up? There is not a central organizing force behind this Conservative movement, despite what the mainstream media seems to think. We knew there were people from the Dallas group coming ... but had no plans to meet up with them anywhere .... we hoped to maybe see a sign at Freedom Plaza saying "Texans gather HERE" ... but we were mostly there on our own.
Saturday dawned cool and cloudy .... possible showers .... so we packed a backpack with rain gear and cameras and gum and maps and headed to the Metro Station in Springfield, VA. Both Steve and Ellen figured we wouldn't see much traffic at the Metro .... WOW WERE THEY WRONG!!! The metro station was PACKED .... lines at every machine to get tickets .... LONG LINES! This was a good sign of things to come. Everyone in line was excited and energized by the number of people there at the Metro Station. We were at the very end of the Blue line ... so when the train arrived it was empty and we piled on. There were numerous stops on the way into Washington DC and at every stop there were people trying to get onto the metro ... they kept piling onto our train until there wasn't even standing room available anymore. People with signs and patriotic shirts and flags and emotion. People from all over the USA. Many people traveling alone .... and many traveling in small groups from their hometown. Old, young, families, couples, singles .... not going to lie, most were white .... but there were representatives from all walks of life.
We planned to get off at the Federal Triangle stop and cross Pennsylvania Avenue to get to Freedom Plaza where the March was supposed to start at 11:30. We arrived at The Federal Triangle stop at 10:30 am and the stop was body to body people chanting "USA! USA!! USA!!!" As we were getting off of the train, Tom heard a woman (who was staying on the train say "This is frightening!" and Tom turned to her and said .... "No Ma'am .... this is Democracy!" and several people around him agreed!
We climbed the Down escalator, which had been turned off, up to street level, while others rode the up escalator ... both escalators were packed with people. When we got up to street level it was body to body up there, too as we tried to move towards where we thought Freedom Plaza was .... but the mass of bodies was moving up Pennsylvania Avenue already ... so we simply turned and started walking with people. Tom and I weren't carrying flags or signs .... we were simply adding our count of 2 to the total count. Tom wore his "Member of the VAST Right Wing Conspiracy" T-shirt ... and I wore my "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happy Hour" T-shirt. And we walked and we talked to people near us ... and we took video and we were simply AWED by the amount of people surrounding us! The signs were creative ... the people were polite and everyone was so inspired by the number of people, the sheer size of the group.
Thank goodness the day was overcast and not too hot. At one point the sun came out and things heated up quickly ... but then it went back under the clouds and it was very comfortable at street level.
Oh ... I forgot to mention. Tom has a pulled calf muscle and a bad knee ... on opposite legs ... so he felt he needed good shoes for the March. He pulled out his old hiking boots which had been stored in the garage for years. I guess they offer good support .... I was wearing my Berkenstock sandals .... we didn't know what to expect as far as how much time we would be on our feet. So ... anyway .... When we got off of the Metro at Federal Triangle Tom noticed that the sole of one of his boots was beginning to come off .... and a few steps into the March, the other sole began to come off! This really sucked .... because it sure didn't help with the ankle or knee issues! I guess storing the boots in the hot garage caused the glue/soles to deteriorate. I wish I had gotten video of how the shoes looked as he walked .... it looked actually dangerous. And uncomfortable.
BUT .... we were so overwhelmed with the crowd and the patriotism! We could see the Capitol Building in the distance and people filled Pennsylvania Avenue as far as we could see both ahead of us and behind us. We walked for a little while with an elderly couple ... the husband was a World War II vet ... he had been at Iwo Jima. Tom thanked him for his service and the man said "It was my priviledge." Tom then mentioned that this March was truly a historical event. The man agreed but added that "Yes ... but I didn't want to ever see the day when we would have to do this."
At one point we stepped out of the March to stand by some fountains and just shoot video of the people passing by. We looked for counter-protesters .... there was one man sitting on a wall shouting that we all were racist. He was alone and no one was paying any attention to him. I took the time to film some video for my sister who lives in Australia. She doesn't know about or understand what is happening in America right now. She thinks I am over-reacting to things and was very worried about me going to Washington DC. I think she thought We would be alone ....
Tom and I have noticed all along, since our first Tea Party on April 15th in Dallas, that the crowds gathered are all very polite and well-mannered and good citizens .... they threw trash away in Trash cans .... if they couldn't find a trash can, they backpacked it out. The same thing happened in Washington DC. The trash cans quickly became overflowing and at one point I noticed it had spilled out onto the pavement. The next time I turned to look ... the trash on the pavement had been picked up. John is 63 years old and owns his own business. He is a life-longRepublican and sees his dream of retiring next year is now gone. With the stock market crashing and all the new taxes coming his way, John knows he will be working for a good number more years.
John has a Granddaughter. Ashley is a recent college grad. She drives a late model car, wears all the latest fashions, and also likes going out and eating out a lot. Ashley campaigned hard for Obama, and after he won the election she made sure her Grandfather (and all other 20Republican family members) received more than an earful on how the world is going to be a much better place now that Obama won the election.
Ashley recently found herself short of cash and cannot pay her bills, again. As she has done many other times in the past, she e-mailed her Grandfather asking for some financial help. Here is his reply:
Sweetheart, I am replying to your request for more money. Ashley, you know I love you dearly and am sympathetic to your financial plight. Unfortunately, times have changed. With the election of President Obama, your Grandmother and I have had to set forth a bold new economic plan of ourown....the 'Ashley Economic Plan'. Let me explain. Your grandmother and I are highly productive, wage-earning tax payers. As you know, we have lived a comfortable life and in return have forgone many things like fancy vacations, luxury cars, etc. We have worked hard and were looking forward to retiring soon. But this plan has changed. Your president is significantly raising our personal and business taxes. He says it is so he can give our hard earned money to other people. Do you know what this means, Ashley? It means less income for us. Less income means we must cut back on many business and personal expenditures. One example is, we were forced to let go of our receptionist today. You know her. She always gave you candy when you visited my office. Did you know she worked for us for the past 18 years? I can't afford her anymore.That is a taste of the business side.
Some personal economic affects of Obama's new taxation policies include none other than you. You know very well that over the years your gandmother and I have given you thousands of dollars in cash, tuition assistance, food, housing, clothing, gifts, etc., etc. By your vote, you have chosen another family over ours for help. Judging from your Email requesting more money, I recommend you call 202-456-1111. That is the direct telephone number for the White House. You yourself repeatedly told me I was foolish voting Republican. You said Mr. Obama is going to be the people's president and is going to help every American live a better life. Based upon everything you have told me and things we heard from him as he campaigned, I am sure Mr. Obama will be happy to send a check or transfer money into your checking account. Have him call me for the transaction and account numbers, which by now I know by heart.
Perhaps you now can understand what I have been saying for all my life: those who vote for the president should consider what the impact of an election will be on the nation as a whole, and not just be concerned with what they can get for themselves (welfare, etc.). What Obama voters don't seem to realize is all of the "government's" money he is 'redistributing' to illegal aliens and non-taxpaying Americans (deemed "less fortunate") comes from tax money collected from income tax-paying families. Remember how you told me, "Only the richest of the rich will be affected"? Guess what, honey? Because of our business, your Grandmother and I are now considered to be the richest of the rich. On paper, it might look that way. But in the real world, we are far from it. But, as you said while campaigning for Obama, some people will have to carry more of the burden so all of America can prosper. You understand what that means, right? It means that raising taxes on productive people results in them having less money.
Less money for everything, including granddaughters. Congratulations on your choice for "change". For future reference, I encourage you to attempt to add up the total value of the gifts and money you've received from us over the years, and compare it to what you expect to get over the next four years from Mr. Obama.
Remember, we love you dearly... but from now on you'll need to call the number referenced above when you need help.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950's, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way. Here is a model separation agreement: Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.
We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them).
We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies and illegal aliens.
We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood . You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide our allies security.
We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values... You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N.. but we will no longer be paying the bill.
We'll keep the SUVs, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find. You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.
We'll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and the National Anthem. I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute Imagine, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya or We Are the World.
We'll practice trickle down economics and you can give trickle up poverty your best shot.

I have had it with you and your administration, sir. Your conduct on your recent trip overseas has convinced me that you are not an adequate representative of the United States of America, collectively or of me personally. You are so obsessed with appeasing the Europeans and the Muslim world that you have abdicated the responsibilities of the President of the United States of America. You are responsible to the Citizens of the United States... You are not responsible to the peoples of any other country on earth. I personally resent that you go around the world apologizing for the United States telling Europeans that we are arrogant and do not care about their status in the world. Sir, what do you think the First World War and the Second World War were all about if not the consideration of the peoples of Europe? Are you brain dead? What do you think the Marshall Plan was all about? Do you not understand or know the history of the 20th century?
Where do you get off telling a Muslim country that the United States does not consider itself a Christian Country? Have you not read the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States? This country was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics and the principles governing this country, at least until you came along, come directly from this heritage. Do you not under stand this?
Your bowing to the king of Saudi Arabia is an affront to all Americans... Our President does not bow down to anyone, let alone the king of Saudi Arabia. You don’t show Great Britain, our best and one of our Oldest Allies, the respect they deserve yet you bow down to the king of Saudi Arabia. How dare you, sir! How dare you!
You can’t find the time to visit the graves of our greatest generation because you don’t want to offend the Germans but make time to visit a mosque in Turkey. You offended our dead and every veteran when you give the Germans more respect than the people who saved the German people from themselves.
What’s the matter with you? I am convinced that you and the members of your administration have the historical and intellectual depth of a mud puddle and should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you. You are so self-righteously offended by the big bankers and the American automobile manufacturers yet do nothing about the real thieves in this situation, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Frank, Franklin Raines, Jamie Gorelic, the Fannie Mae bonuses, and the Freddie Mac bonuses. What do you intend to do about them? Anything? I seriously doubt it. What about the U.S. House members passing out $9.1 million in bonuses to their staff members – on top of the $2.5 million in automatic pay raises that lawmakers gave themselves? I understand the average house aide got a 17% bonus. I took a 5% cut in my pay to save jobs with my employer. You haven’t said anything about that. Who authorized that? I surely didn’t! Executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be receiving $210 million in bonuses over an eighteen-month period, that's $45 million more than the AIG bonuses. In fact, Fannie and Freddie executives have already been awarded $51 million – not a bad take. Who authorized that and why haven’t you expressed your outrage at this group who are largely responsible for the economic mess we have right now?
I resent that you take me and my fellow citizens as brain-dead and not caring about what you idiots do. We are watching what you are doing and we are getting increasingly fed up with all of you. I also want you to know that I personally find just about everything you do and say to be offensive to every one of my sensibilities. A Must Must Read ....

I am a student of history. Professionally, I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied history all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes, these exist but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.
Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about 10 - 15 years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.
We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why?
We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why?
We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election (now violently in California over a proposition that is so controversial that it wants marriage to remain between one man and one woman. Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?). We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic. To what purpose?
Now our mortgage industry is collapsing, housing prices are in free fall, major industries are failing, our banking system is on the verge of collapse, Social Security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government. Our education system is worse than a joke (I teach college and know precisely what I am talking about.) The list is staggering in its length, breadth, and depth. It is potentially 1929 x 10. And we are at war with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending people of the same religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have the opportunity to do so.
And now we have elected a man no one knows anything about, who has never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla, Alaska. All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him, drip by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary (Surely you have heard him speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders? No? Oh, of course. The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he answer it. Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter and $150,000 wardrobe is more important.)
I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.
I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing.. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises.. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would bully them into submission.
And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.
He did it with a compliant media - Did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and .. . .. change. And the people surely got what they voted for. (Look it up if you think I am exaggerating.) Read
your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.
Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe . It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just
two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course.
The road to Hell is paved with them.

The Country of Texas ....
In case things get a little tough during the next few months we Texans have a plan...
Maybe you don't know it, but Texas is the only state with a legal right to secede from the Union . (Reference the Texas-American Annexation Treaty of 1848.)
We Texans love all y'all Americans, but we'll probably have to take action since Barack Obama won the election and is now the President of the U.S.A.
We'll miss ya'll though.
Here is what can happen:
1. Barack Hussein Obama, after becoming the President of the United States , begins to try and create a socialist country, then Texas announces that it is going to secede from the Union .
2. George W. Bush becomes the President of the Republic of Texas. You might not think that he talks too pretty, but we haven't had another terrorist attack and the economy was fine until the effects of the Democrats lowering the qualifications for home loans came to roost.
So what does Texas have to do to survive as a Republic?
1. NASA is just south of Houston , Texas . We will control the space industry.
2. We refine over 85% of the gasoline in the United States .
3. Defense Industry--we have over 65% of it. The term "Don't mess with Texas ," will take on a whole new meaning.
4. Oil - we can supply all the oil that the Republic of Texas will need for the next 300 years. What will the other states do? Gee, we don't know. Why not ask Obama?
5. Natural Gas - again, we have all we need and it's too bad about those Northern States. John Kerry and Al Gore will just have to figure out a way to keep them warm...
6. Computer Industry - we lead the nation in producing computer chips and communications equipment - small companies like Texas Instruments, Dell Computer, EDS, Raytheon, National Semiconductor, Motorola, Intel, AMD, Atmel, Applied Materials, Ball Misconduct, Dallas Semiconductor, Nortel, Alcatel, etc. The list goes on and on.
7. Medical Care - We have the research centers for cancer research, the best burn centers and the top trauma units in the world, as well as other large health centers. The Houston Medical Center alone employs over 65,000 people.
8. We have enough colleges to keep educating and making smarter citizens: University of Texas , Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Texas Christian, Rice, SMU, University of Dallas , University of Houston, Baylor, UNT ( University of North Texas ), Texas Women's University, etc. Ivy grows better in the South anyway.
9. We have an intelligent and energetic work force and it isn't restricted by a bunch of unions. Here in Texas , we are a Right to Work State and, therefore, it's every man and woman for themselves. We just go out and get the job done. And if we don' t like the way one company operates, we get a job somewhere else.
10. We have essential control of the paper, plastics, and insurance industries, etc.
11. In case of a foreign invasion, we have the Texas National Guard, the Texas Air National Guard, and several military bases. We don't have an Army, but since everybody down here has at least six rifles and a pile of ammo, we can raise an Army in 24 hours if we need one. If the situation really gets bad, we can always call the Department of Public Safety and ask them to send over the Texas Rangers.
12. We are totally self-sufficient in beef, poultry, hogs, and several types of grain, fruit and vegetables, and let's not forget seafood from the Gulf. Also, everybody down here knows how to cook 'em so that they taste good. We don't need any food.
13. Three of the ten largest cities in the United States, and twenty-three of the 100 largest cities in the United States are located in Texas. And Texas also has more land than California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Vermont combined.
14. Trade: Three of the ten largest ports in the United States are located in Texas .
15. We also manufacture cars down here, but we don't need to. You see, nothing rusts in Texas so our vehicles stay beautiful and run well for decades.
This just names a few of the items that will keep the Republic of Texas in good shape. There isn't a thing out there that we need and don't have.
Now to the rest of you folks in the United States under President Obama: Since you won't have the refineries to get gas for your cars, only President Obama will be able to drive around in his big 9 mpg SUV. The rest of the United States will have to walk or ride bikes.
You won't have any TV as the Space Center in Houston will cut off satellite communications.
You won' t have any natural gas to heat your homes, but since Mr. Obama has predicted global warming, you won't need the gas as long as you survive the 2000 years it will take to get enough heat out of Global Warming.
In other words, the rest of ya'll in the USA are screwed!

$ One Trillion ... what it looks like ....
I borrowed this from an email .... I did NOT write this .... just keeping it honest!
What does ONE TRILLION dollars look like ?
A billion dollars...
A hundred billion dollars...
Eight hundred billion dollars...
One TRILLION dollars...
What does that look like? I mean, these various numbers are tossed around like so many doggie treats, so I thought I'd take Google Sketchup out for a test drive and try to get a sense of what exactly a trillion dollars looks like.
We'll start with a $100 dollar bill. Currently the largest U.S. denomination in general circulation.. Most everyone has seen them, slighty fewer have owned them. Guaranteed to make friends wherever they go.
A packet of one hundred $100 bills is less than 1/2" thick and contains $10,000. Fits in your pocket easily and is more than enough for week or two of shamefully decadent fun.
Believe it or not, this next little pile is $1 million dollars (100 packets of $10,000). You could stuff that into a grocery bag and walk around with it.
While a measly $1 million looked a little unimpressive, $100 million is a little more respectable. It fits neatly on a standard pallet...
And $1 BILLION dollars... now we're really getting somewhere...
Next we'll look at ONE TRILLION dollars. This is that number we've been hearing about so much. What is a trillion dollars? Well, it's a million million. It's a thousand billion. It's a one followed by 12 zeros.
You ready for this?
It's pretty surprising.

Obama is Creating Class Warfare ....
Many people voted for Barack Obama because they believed that he was the best and brightest chance to forge WORLD PEACE! Yes ... World Peace. Remove George W. Bush .... "the Warmonger" in many people's eyes ... and replace him with Mr. "I want to negotiate with the Taliban, and with Iran, and send $900 Million dollars to Hamas!"
Obama is going to bring us world peace .... let's all hold hands and sing "Imagine" .... oh ... and then "Kumbaya".

Let me list out the #'s here so you can SEEE them. Seems to me that words like million, billion, and trillion are having ZERO effect on people ... maybe the size of the numbers and their relationship will??
$170 Billion is $170,000,000,000
$93 Billion is $93,000,000,000
$165 Million is $165,000,000
Okay .... Count the zeros .... now listen to this.
$170 Billion is how much the US government spent to "bailout" AIG.

$165 Million is how much AIG spent on contractural bonuses to employees.
Now ... let's do the Math ...
93 Billion / 170 Billion = 54.7 % of the Bailout money WENT TO EUROPE!!!
165 Million / 170 Billion = .097 % went to pay contracted bonuses .... yes ... the decimal is in the correct place. Not even 1% .... not even One-Tenth of a percent!! And this money went to US Citizens who worked under contract to AIG. This seems to me to be a HUGE case of Obama and company playing "Bait and Switch" .... "Look over here!! Look at this!!!" while meanwhile far, far worse things are happening with their total knowledge.
Why isn't anyone screaming about the European companies getting all of that US Taxpayer money? HUH???
Oh NO!! Instead we are attacking each other! Over a measley $165 Million!! Which, by the way, was written into the Stimulus Bill which was rushed into passage and signed by Obama.
US Citizens are attacking other US Citizens!! And our great leader?? He is on "The Tonight Show" making fun of Special Olympics! And making speech after speech about how he is going to get back that "tax-payer money" and give it back to it's rightful owners! Excuse me??? Who exactly gave all that money to AIG in the first place?? AND authorized the bonuses in the Stimulus Bill!!
And Obama and company are probably laughing their heads off! "Hey! Look what we got away with! And now we have poor and middle-class people getting really angry at rich people!! This is great! And it was so easy!!"
So ... what is next? Are we all going to start driving through nice neighborhoods and harrassing people who live in big wonderful houses? Are we going to start wondering how our neighbor can afford that new car, or that vacation, or that pool? Are we going to start pointing fingers at each other and saying "I want what you have and I want it now and you have no right to it!"?
Obama and company are literally attacking the wealthy ... but what is so amusing is .... ummmm .... Obama and company ARE wealthy ... and THEY are spending our taxpayer dollars like they can just print as much as they want! Oh wait! They ARE printing as much as they want ....
Everytime you hear someone attacking someone for making money, they are driving yet one more nail into the coffin of America. Everytime you think that the rich owe YOU something, you are buying into Communism.

Maslow .... Friends .... and Politics ....
I have been having a very very hard time dealing with Politics and Friendship since about October 2008. And it is only getting worse and worse.
I have several friends who are Liberal and even one who calls herself a Marxist. These women FELT very strongly that making Barack Obama President of the United States of America was the right thing to do ... because we needed Hope and Change and Yes We Can! No amount of reason nor logic would sway them .... and to be honest, I didn't try very hard. I really didn't think he could win. But win he did.
So now .... 60 days into His Presidency .... I am getting more and more and more disturbed by the moves He is making. And I am not being silent about these feelings. And this is causing my friends to pull away from me and me from them.
This has greatly troubled me. Should I let politics ruin friendships? What kind of person does this? Politics are Politics and I can't do much about them .... my friends, I love and need them. Why am I letting politics win?
The answer came in the form of a totally different question and the answer proposed by my spouse! The question was "Should the individual or society be of primary importance?" Tom's answer involved Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs ....
Wow .... Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs ..... I actually studied that in high school and college! And I was very affected by it. I even own the book! Here is the hierarchy in pictorial form ....
According to Maslow .... this is the order in which our needs must be met and if anything on a lower level is messed with, the higher levels will suffer. I tend to agree with the logic in this. So .... notice the Orange area of this chart .... SAFETY!! Safety has always been a major deal for me. Look at the definition of safety according to Maslow.

This SAFETY level is extremely important .... and an important foundation to the Yellow Level which is Love/Belonging .... which includes FRIENDSHIP.
See .... I feel very strongly that Obama and His People and His Decisions are severely affecting my Security Level. I can supply a link to news stories which threaten every one of those Orange Level Security issues. And much of it has to do with Obama's move away from Capitalism and towards Socialism. I feel threatened .... I feel my family is threatened .... and my friends voted in the man who is doing this. And what are they doing now? Well .... Not Watching the News!! It is too disturbing. Not Listening to What Obama is Doing!! It is too confusing. It's just politics and talking heads.
Meanwhile .... all checks and balances are GONE. NO ONE is stopping what is happening. And anyone who questions it is being harassed and threatened! I am quite sure I have myself on a number of lists now ... and that ain't a good thing.
But the Country my SON will be living in is changing quickly and NO ONE CARES!! Their children and grandchildren will be deeply affected .... and I don't think they believe it. Obama "Means Well" .... his "Intent is Good" .... and therefore that is all the matters! WHAT????
First of all ... if he means well he is a total idiot .... something which I actually am beginning to believe. If he thinks Socialism/Communism is the way America needs to go and that is what he "Intends" .... then I an sorry ... I DISAGREE!!! He does not "mean well" and his "intent" is NOT good. He means to destroy America from the very foundations of the Constitution. READ ..... READ and STUDY and LISTEN.
Things are not good ...
